Week 1 Weigh-in
Starting weight: 226.4
Today’s weight: 222.4
Weight Change: -4 lbs.
I lost 4 pounds!? In all honesty, I didn’t drink enough water…I think there was only one day that I drank enough. I also haven’t gotten out to get any exercise, so I’ll be excited to start doing that and see what happens! I did write down everything I ate though, and I know that is the key. I don’t really feel like it was that hard after the first couple days, and it is very helpful having hubby on board being supportive and thoughtful about the meals that he is preparing.
