I only lost 1.2 lbs this week. Better than nothing, and I knew it wouldn’t be spectacular since I still wasn’t consistent with drinking all my water everyday and I didn’t really do a whole lot of anything. On top of that, I was bad and didn’t track very well this weekend…and had Pizza Hut for dinner last night. I’m actually kind of disappointed in myself…if I’m going to make the effort all week to make progress, why did I give up the potential for maximum results for some mediocre pizza?

This week I’m going to make a better effort to plan out a thorough menu so I won’t have any excuses to cheat. Today is a clean slate, and I’m ready to get back on track.
